So if your spottle glass bottle breaks within the first 30 days as a result of a fall or an unfortunate bump, we will replace it free of charge and cover the shipping costs. If you don't want to give us a second chance (which we would find extremely sad), we also offer the option of refunding the full purchase price of the glass bottle - whichever you prefer. We are only happy when you are!
