Returns and exchanges
To return an item, we would ask you to submit a request in our returns portal. You can do this easily here: spottle Returns Portal
To log in to the returns portal, enter the email address you used to place your order. You will then receive a 6-digit code that you can use to log in to the returns portal.
Return & Refund
The return period is 30 days from delivery of the goods. You can find all further details about our right of cancellation here .

- To log in to the returns portal, enter the email address you used to place your order. (You will then receive a 6-digit code that you can use to log in to the returns portal.)
- Next, select the item you wish to return and click 'Request Return'.
- You will then receive a return label from us. If you wish, you can state a reason for your return. We are always happy to receive honest feedback - thank you!
- Attach the return label to the package.
- Once we have received your return, you will receive an email as confirmation and we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded as quickly as possible.
*Please note that for hygiene reasons we can only take back drinking bottles that have not yet been used. An exception applies for damaged or defective items.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return. Unless the return is due to the item being damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered. We will be happy to provide you with a return label. For returns from Germany and Austria we charge €5.80 which will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded.
The purchase amount will be refunded to you via your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return. You will receive confirmation by email once the credit has been issued.
Returns on Amazon
If you have purchased one of our items on Amazon and now want to return it to us, we ask you to process this directly through Amazon. To do this, please log in to your Amazon account, click on ' My Orders ' and initiate the return. Amazon will then send you all the necessary documents you need for a return.
Exchange
To exchange an item, we would ask you to submit a request in our returns portal. You can do this easily here: spottle returns portal
- To log in to the returns portal, enter the email address you used to place your order. (You will then receive a 6-digit code that you can use to log in to the returns portal.)
- Next, select the item you wish to exchange and click 'Request Return'.
- Select 'Other' as the reason and add 'Exchange' as the note.
- You will then receive a return label from us.
- At the same time, you can reorder your desired item from us. As soon as the other returned item has arrived, we will refund the purchase price.
